🚀 Getting Started

What is PandaWallets?
PandaWallets is a secure, non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet that puts you in complete control of your digital assets. We provide a comprehensive platform for managing, storing, and transacting with cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Ethereum, and USDT. Our mission is to empower users with privacy, security, and financial sovereignty while offering advanced features for both everyday users and those seeking more sophisticated cryptocurrency management tools. Whether you're new to crypto or an experienced user, PandaWallets delivers a seamless, anonymous, and secure experience.
How do I create an account?
Creating an account is simple:
  • Click the "Sign Up" button on our homepage
  • Choose a unique username and strong password
  • Provide an email address (optional but recommended for account recovery)
  • Your wallet is instantly created with support for multiple cryptocurrencies
🔑 Important: Once your account is created, you'll receive a 12-word seed phrase. Write this down and store it in a safe place. This is the ONLY way to recover your wallet if you lose access.
Do you require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification?
No! We believe in privacy and anonymity. PandaWallets does not require KYC verification, ID uploads, or extensive personal information. We only ask for a username, password, and optional email address for account recovery purposes.

🔒 Security & Privacy

What does "non-custodial" mean?
"Non-custodial" means that you control your private keys and we never have access to your funds. Unlike traditional exchanges that hold your cryptocurrency, PandaWallets never takes custody of your assets. You are the sole owner and controller of your funds at all times.
How secure is my seed phrase?
Your seed phrase is generated using industry-standard cryptographic methods (BIP39) and is never transmitted or stored on our servers. It exists only in your browser and should be written down and stored securely offline.
⚠️ Critical Security Warning: Never share your seed phrase with anyone, including PandaWallets support staff. We will NEVER ask for your seed phrase. Anyone who has your seed phrase has complete access to your funds.
What security measures do you use?
We implement multiple layers of security:
  • bcrypt password hashing: Your password is never stored in plain text
  • HTTPS/SSL encryption: All communication is encrypted
  • Client-side key generation: Private keys are generated in your browser
  • Encrypted database storage: All sensitive data is encrypted at rest
  • Security headers: XSS protection, clickjacking prevention, and CSP policies
  • Regular security audits: We continuously monitor and improve our security
What data do you collect?
We collect minimal data to provide our service:
  • Username (required)
  • Password hash (required, never the actual password)
  • Email address (optional)
  • Wallet addresses (generated for your account)
  • Transaction history (only for your dashboard display)
We DO NOT collect: browsing history, device fingerprints, IP logs, or any unnecessary personal information. We are GDPR compliant.

💰 Deposits & Withdrawals

How do I deposit cryptocurrency?
Depositing is straightforward:
  • Log in to your dashboard
  • Select the cryptocurrency you want to deposit (BTC, ETH, and USDT)
  • Click "Deposit" to view your unique wallet address and QR code
  • Send cryptocurrency from another wallet or exchange to this address
  • Your funds will appear in your PandaWallets balance once confirmed on the blockchain
How long do deposits take?
Deposit times depend on blockchain confirmation times:
  • Bitcoin (BTC): 10-60 minutes (1-6 confirmations)
  • Ethereum (ETH): 2-15 minutes (12-30 confirmations)
  • USDT (Tether): 2-15 minutes (depends on network)
Times may vary during network congestion.
How do withdrawals work?
To withdraw cryptocurrency:
  • Go to the "Withdraw" page from your dashboard
  • Select the cryptocurrency and enter the amount
  • Enter the destination wallet address
  • Review the transaction details and network fee
  • Click "Submit Withdrawal" to initiate the process
Withdrawals are processed automatically and broadcast to the blockchain. Your withdrawal will show as "Processing" until confirmed on the blockchain.
Are there any fees?
PandaWallets does not charge service fees! The only fees you pay are:
  • Network fees: Required by the blockchain to process transactions (paid to miners/validators)
  • Smart contract gas fees: For Ethereum-based contract deployments
We don't charge deposit fees, withdrawal fees, or monthly maintenance fees. What you see is what you pay.
Can I cancel a withdrawal?
Once a withdrawal has been broadcast to the blockchain, it cannot be cancelled or reversed. This is a fundamental characteristic of blockchain technology. Always double-check the destination address and amount before confirming a withdrawal.
⚠️ Important: Sending cryptocurrency to the wrong address usually results in permanent loss of funds. Take your time and verify all details.

📜 Smart Contracts & 10% Liquidity Requirement

What are smart contracts on PandaWallets?
Smart contracts on PandaWallets are self-executing agreements deployed on blockchain networks (primarily Ethereum). They're designed for settlements and compensation between parties, such as:
  • Freelance payment agreements
  • Service delivery compensation
  • Escrow arrangements
  • Milestone-based payments
  • Dispute resolution frameworks
Once deployed, the contract automatically executes when predefined conditions are met, ensuring fairness and transparency.
What is the 10% liquidity requirement and why is it necessary?
The 10% liquidity requirement is a fairness mechanism that requires both parties in a smart contract to maintain 10% of the contract value in liquid cryptocurrency in their wallets at all times during the contract duration.
🎯 Why is this necessary?
  • Prevents bad faith actors: Ensures both parties have "skin in the game" and are financially committed
  • Dispute resolution collateral: The 10% demonstrates commitment and provides security for both parties
  • Contract enforcement: If a party fails to maintain the 10% threshold, the contract can automatically trigger consequences
  • Trust through verification: Both parties can verify the other has sufficient liquidity before engaging
  • Reduces fraud: Makes it economically unviable for scammers to deploy multiple fraudulent contracts
Example: If you deploy a $1,000 smart contract for freelance work, both you (client) and the freelancer must maintain at least $100 in cryptocurrency in your PandaWallets accounts throughout the contract duration.
What happens if I don't maintain the 10% liquidity?
If your wallet balance falls below the 10% threshold:
  • You'll receive a warning notification
  • Your smart contract may be temporarily paused until liquidity is restored
  • You can restore liquidity by depositing additional funds to meet the 10% threshold
It's crucial to maintain adequate liquidity throughout the contract duration.
Can PandaWallets act as an escrow service?
Yes! PandaWallets can act as an escrow service upon request. When we serve as escrow:
  • Funds are held in a secure escrow smart contract
  • We verify contract conditions before releasing funds
  • We provide dispute resolution if needed
  • We ensure compliance with applicable regulations
  • Both parties are protected throughout the transaction

🔧 Technical Questions

Which cryptocurrencies do you support?
PandaWallets currently supports three major cryptocurrencies:
  • Bitcoin (BTC) - The original and most widely adopted cryptocurrency, perfect for secure value storage and peer-to-peer transactions
  • Ethereum (ETH) - The leading smart contract platform, enabling decentralized applications and future smart contract deployments
  • Tether USDT (ERC-20) - A stablecoin pegged to the US Dollar, providing price stability for your holdings. Note: USDT uses the same Ethereum address as ETH

These three cryptocurrencies cover the essential use cases: Bitcoin for value storage, Ethereum for smart contracts and DeFi, and USDT for stable value during market volatility.

We're constantly evaluating new cryptocurrencies to add based on user demand, security considerations, and market adoption.
